After the freeze, I called Billy for a plumbing issue at my office and he came the same day!!! He made the repair and even gave some helpful tips for the next time. Fast, friendly and super professional. We will definitely recommend BRC plumbing services to our clients.
Billy was on time and stayed until the job was done. He even came back the next day to make sure that everything was working properly.
He explained what was needed and charged a fair price.
I would highly recommend him!
First Billy is a genuinely really nice dude from beginning to end. I reached out to have an elevated dishwasher installed since the company I purchased it from said they couldn’t install it after seeing it. Billy was methodical and efficiently swapped it out without any issues at all. Billy will be the first person I call when I having any future plumbing needs.
Billy did a great job for me. He is a good communicator, his pricing is fair and he showed up when he said that he would. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and I will definitely use him again in the future.
